Define HOT: James Franco, Indeed!

Thought Catalog

A weekend not too long ago, I went to the cinema and took in Harmony Korine’s gorgeous-looking and -sounding joyride of a mainstream-appeal arthouse instant cult classic, Spring Breakers. And it was whilst unexpectedly viewing James Franco, gold-grilled and cornrowed almost past recognition, playfully deepthroating two pistols wielded by his future threesome partners that I realized: “Wow, James Franco, what a scottie too-hottie!” So I researched this, and it turns out, the internet agrees with me. I’ve been watching James Franco interviews constantly for the weeks since, obsessively filling nearly every waking hour in this exaggeration for comic effect watching all of Franco’s many insightful interviews, photoshoots, and zany personal vids from the man himself on YouTube, and I’ve compiled a few of my favorites from the comments sections of these videos, a veritable hotbed of sexual Franco enthusiasm. Dig in.

“James Franco please give me babies.” – YouTube commenter…

I’ve been in love so many times and it turned out that something is NOT real, STILL missing and incomplete that leads to HEARTACHES, PAIN and FAILURE. Then I’ve realized that when you fall in love, you should know to yourself that you are ready to commit and open to all possibilities of pain. You should be RESPONSIBLE to your own love issues. You should know by yourself the REAL you to understand why people act some things towards you. To love yourself I think is the most WORDERFUL thing that will happen to you. I must admit that at this point in my life, I’m still learning to love myself first than opening my HEART again to somebody.

We fall in love with people, and we fall in love with places and things. But how many of us have fallen in love with ourselves? It’s a weird concept to think about – falling in love with yourself – it seems like something that we shouldn’t need to experience. But I’m starting to think it might be something we all need to do especially as a prerequisite for all our other types of love especially as we get older.

In the first place, what does it mean to “fall in love?” I ask because the concept is confusing to me: Does love really just happen? Don’t get me wrong, the love between two people can seem to be a rather unexplainable occurrence. And I am indeed one of those weird people who think that love at first sight is possible. But beyond the feelings we feel that let us believe that…

Doing things by yourself can be intimidating and with the wrong attitude, even lonely. But with the right state of mind, it can be challenging in a good way and also very liberating. Whatever type of person you are — social or antisocial, popular or a wallflower, and all the different variations in between, trying things by yourself allows you to get to know that self a little better. Here are 9 things you should try alone:

1. Go to a bar

To some people, going to a bar alone is their version of hell but I promise you it is not as bad as you think it is. Going to a bar alone is a good way to practice getting out of your comfort zone and you’ll probably learn that people don’t always suck. You will also likely meet a few people who were brave enough to fly solo…

A REAL woman is being REAL to herself. It doesn’t matter if she is fat, untidy, unfashionable, unpopular, as long as she is happy, comfortable and accept for who is she, that’s being COOL and REAL.

Thought Catalog

1. There is such a thing as a “real” woman and she is defined by “having curves,” which is not to be confused with “being fat,” and if you fall too far outside of that particular bell curve, you do not count as a “real” woman.

2. There is something inherently wrong with you if you have slept with a certain number of people, and it must be the result of some former trauma or unfinished business you have.

3. There is something inherently wrong with you if you are insisting on remaining a virgin until marriage, or indefinitely, and it is something that can be rectified with “the right man.”

4. Bisexual women are simply “going through a phase” or “having a little fun,” and are doing it mostly for the attention of the men they are more attracted to.

5. There is a direct correlation between the kind…

Pitch Perfect, a musical fun movie!

March 18, 2013, watched for the first time this cool movie entitled “Pitch Perfect”. The characters represent today’s teen generation. Pursuing their love in music gave a new rendition on acappella. I’ve learned that voicing out what’s inside you and trusting others can make a big change in one’s attitude towards life. I must say too that songs in this movie make me wanna dance.
